Perinatal Mental Health

Conception through the first year after giving birth is the perinatal period.  During this period, there is an increased risk for a person to develop a mood or anxiety disorder.  Perinatal depression is underdiagnosed and can affect the entire family.  Together, we can identify and help minimize your risks.
